Administrative Assistant for Outpatient Podiatry and OphthalmologyMasonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Administrative Assistant for Outpatient Podiatry and Ophthalmology for a Part Time Day position.As a Administrative Assistant for Outpatient Podiatry and Ophthalmology, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assisting the officer/executive, corporate or department director/administrator in the execution of his/her responsibilities and provides comprehensive and diversified administrative support services in a professional and organized manner.Our Administrative Assistant for Outpatient Podiatry and Ophthalmology is responsible for the following: Prepares exam rooms for podiatry and eye clinics by ensuring rooms are clean and sanitized.Schedules appointments in Masonic Village electronic health record (EHR)Prints appointments schedules for provider and provides any necessary medical records for initial visits. Sends information securely to provider. Prepares and maintains accurate procedures for scheduling patients so that others can schedule appointments if needed.
