In this job you will support analysts, agents, technical experts, and leadership with technology they use to help fight tax evasion, corporate maleficence, international financial espionage, cyber-attacks, and major financial criminal threats.We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide courteous and accurate technical information and support in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This position performs activities associated with implementation, integration, and support of technical systems in mission-critical response operations environment.This position is contingent on contract award.Provides technical support for software development.Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and systems documentation.Reports to technical lead for a task or project.Analyzes and develops computer software processing a wide range of capabilities including engineering, business, and records management functions.Develops plans for automated information systems.Analyzes user interfaces, maintains hardware and software performance tuning, analyzes workload and computer usage, maintains interfaces with outside systems, and analyzes proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTS.Defines the problem and develops system requirements and program specifications.Prepare detailed specifications and computer software programs. Integrates, tests, and debugs software components.Prepares required documentation including program-level and user-level documentation.
