What you'll be doingEngineer, design, implement, test, and maintain full life-cycle management of complex solutions deployed in our enterprise environment including: Cloud, Virtualization, Server, Storage, Network, Endpoints and Directory ServicesProvide support for systems administration tasks such as patching, updating; develop and execute scripted tasks in PowerShell or PythonProvide analysis and root cause resolution of network and system infrastructure problems and outagesAnalyze customer functional requirements to develop system specifications and implement solutionsParticipate in research and development of innovative new technologies to continuously improve the IT business needs of the organizationCreate and maintain network and system architecture diagrams and documentationAttending weekly meetings and providing status reports What you'll need to have8570 IAT Level II Certification (typically Security+)TS/SCI with CI Poly, or willingness and ability to be clearedHigh School+12 years; Bachelor's+8; Master's+6Demonstrated experience with complex enterprise technical infrastructure and cloud services and superior, service-oriented approach to IT OperationsExperience with Microsoft Active Directory Services, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Active Roles ServerExperience with VMWare infrastructure, Unix, Windows, and/or StorageExperience with planning and implementing system upgrades and enhancementsExperience developing and implementing automated testing strategiesEngaging communications style with customers, peers, and support teams Strengths you'll bring to our teamPassion for learning and professional growthEagerness to help customers, peers, and juniorsTaking ownership to do the right things rightBuilding trust by delivering results that make a differenceComfortable communicating good news, bad news, challenging opinions, and innovative ideas
