The position will provide operating and management level reporting and metric information necessary for effective operations and leadership decision making, and continuous improvement. You will support team members to develop strong data analyses, governance excellency and reporting for leadership.Craft polished communication plans and presentation decks for sharing insights based on data analysis, employee feedback, and program optimization plans.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Workplace Strategy - Program Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesAssist with creating and maintaining measurement tool(s) to monitor performance and improvements in key metricsDevelop, Monitor, and drive project scorecard Coordinates business analyst tasks and provides project team member guidance and support.Partner with other teams to establish new data sources and meaningful cross-functional reporting.Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with team members, stakeholders, and executivesDevelop, administer, track, and prepare program progress and performance reports for distribution to team members, stakeholders, and executivesManage and present routine meetings on current operating statues and performance.Gather metrics and other information for regular performance reporting, validation of data, and the creation and updating of regular reporting to meet current operational needs. Manage program repository and ensure all program documentation is up to date and accessibleFacilitates decision-making by analyzing strategic alternatives, developing recommendationsProgram impacts analysesMetrics & Experimentation: define the metrics that will drive success and will be required to design and measure effective experimentsProgram Management: work cross-functionally to identify the improvement opportunity, root cause problems, identify data, and drive solution framework.Functional Expertise: provide functional leadership in various process improvement and development techniques, program management, operational excellence, and problem-solving.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMThe candidate should have experience in team developmentData VisualizationData CleaningData PresentationExecutive reporting and executive dashboard developmentMinimum Required Experiences3-5 years in operations, data analyses, process improvement, operations and related fieldBachelor's degree or equivalentDemonstrated track record of problem solving.SkillsOutstanding relationship building, communication and listening skillsForward thinking mindsetPrior experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the dataSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandPrior experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationREF10941HIn response to COVID-19, Fannie Mae has adapted our workplace and hiring processes to better safeguard our employees, candidates, and new hires.
