A$ A' "A' ?Duties:A' Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.A' Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features. Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes - either individually or in concert with a project team.A' Will assist in the most difficult support problems.Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approach in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs.A' Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent.Education: Preference for a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.General Experience:A' At least seven (7) years of IT and business/industry work experience.Specialized Experience: At least three (3) years as Technical expert in IT organization. Coaches and mentors more junior technical staff. Provides technical input into the most complex and high impact IT decisions. Accountable for the most complex enterprise-wide applications and issues, translating highly complex concepts for peers and customers.A' QualificationsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Qualified candidates must possess superior UX/UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flow and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfacesA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (design, interaction design, or computer science)A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experienceoversite.Responsibilities:A' A cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' The UX Designer will be responsible for working with the development team to gather user and system requirements, illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, design graphic user interface elements, and develop UI mockups and prototypes.A cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site mapsA cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developersA cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designA cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Synthesize the information learned, and, when appropriate, create Personas that are used to represent different types of users that interact with the integrated applicationA cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Participate in requirements sessions with business stakeholders and end users of the integrated applicationA cents € cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Conduct user research in the form of interviews, focus groups, surveys, usability testing, and analysis of dataA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' Lead UX-related meetings and collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers
