The Strategy and Solutions group provides solution architects that drive strategy/shaping, solutioning, and proposing of the solution to capture larger and strategic new business and re-competes in CACI's market areas. Solution architects work together with the market and technical subject matter experts and apply their new business tradecraft and experience to best position CACI. If you have a technical background, a detailed nature, are passionate about staying current with the latest technologies, capabilities and tools, and enjoy working in a highly collaborative team-based environment, then we want to hear from you More About the Role: As an Senior Solution Architect , you will conceptualize, develop, communicate and propose solutions that will drive our growth and lead directly to top and bottom line results. You will work with clients in both a long-lead and tactical capacity to help solve their critical needs and challenges. Help to define client requirements for solutions including services, products, technologies and capabilities which encompass both IT and non-IT related engineering and scientific disciplines. These solutions may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, aerospace, communications, cyber, electrical, manufacturing, mechanical, or other specialized engineering domain knowledge in order to design, develop, and support the clients. You will work on a broad set of challenging proposals to assist teams in delivering the winning combination of technical responses to requirements, with language that addresses the requirements in a clear and concise fashion and that is score-able by government and other evaluation teams. In partnership with others, you will define total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements, develop system element architecture and design and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational concepts. You may be called upon to develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, and provide technical direction related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff. Youll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline. 15 years of solution development within the defense, military, intel and or federal DOD industry in support of Business Development and Strategic Capture efforts. 10 years of competitive proposal experience including the assessment of requirements, determination of win factors and writing to achieve optimal scored outcomes. Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups, including technical, development, acquisition, contracts, program management. Having multiple $200M pursuits as the lead solution architect in assessing requirements and customer needs, developing the solutions and working with a team of other Solution Architects and SMEs to develop and deliver the technical and management portions of the proposal.
