Join usThe Associate Director/Director, Program Management Team Lead is responsible for leading cross-functional product development team(s), in developing and executing strategic and integrated program plans. The Team Lead uses collaboration and influencing skills in working with subject matter experts to align on program priorities, manage program issues that require cross-functional alignment, employ program risk identification and mitigation measures, and oversee operational execution. You are: Collaborative | Energetic | Agile | Organized |Courageous | Inclusive | Curious | Forward-ThinkingKey Responsibilities Lead and manage one or more Alpine Core Team(s) including establishing integrated cross-functional program strategies and development plans. Enable strategic decision making by establishing highly effective and collaborative teams and ensuring inclusive and robust discussions Lead cross-functional program execution, ensuring efficient and high-quality deliverables, proactive team planning, and appropriate escalation of issues, risks, and mitigations. Accountable to Alpines senior leadership regarding portfolio and program deliverables. Support the robust decision-making processes, including interactions with internal governance bodies. Serve as development program owner and central source for cross-functional information for colleagues as well as Senior and Executive Team leaders. Manage core program documents such as: minutes/agenda, development plans, integrated timelines, assumptions, TPPs, publication plans. Effectively track and report on program status and deliverables. Coordinate corporate program planning, including cross-functional resource planning and financial assessments. Support program management infrastructure buildout and process development within Alpine Immune Sciences. Desired Skills And Experience At least 10 years of industry experience with 5 years of those in program management in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting. Successful experience in oversight of global clinical programs and lifecycle required; experience in thru BLA/NDA and ex-US equivalent(s) and commercialization, as well as alliance management, strongly desired. Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities in scientific multi-disciplinary setting Bachelors degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field, advanced degree preferred Demonstrated project management excellence in drug development Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including attention to detail Strong technology skills including PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, MS Teams, SmartsheetsAlpinists share a passion for meaningful work and are committed to solving the most complex problems in immunology to create new therapies for patients.
