Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Program Coordinator II who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Program Coordinator II you will:
• Supports planning and coordination of CIN programs and its activities,
• Develop relationships with physician practices and ensure seamless collaboration and partnership
• Organize CIN recruitment and onboarding meetings
• Ensure the CIN Participation Agreement is executed by both parties (AHC and Practice)
• Disseminating the executed agreement to the team, securing the executed copy in the shared drive and updating the CIN Provider Master list
• Managing the IT requisition/ticket process for CIN Data Integrations efforts
• Following-up with the next steps of onboarding meetings
• Maintain updated CIN and CTO Master roster, Directories and Contact list of lead physicians and Office managers
• Development of CIN provider directories (Provider Only, Location and Provider, and In-Network Care Specialist Directory)
• Support physician enterprise strategy map and initiatives
• Development of CIN Board and Quality Committee email-resolutions
• Management and organization of Payor provider rosters across all payer contracts
• Coordination of EQIP participation agreements across specialty practices
• Support and management of CME Credits of CIN educational programs
• Create and Maintain CIN Data Dictionary across all Shared Savings Programs
• Creation and Maintenance of CIN, CTO, and AMG measures of success graphs in SMA
• Creation of CTO weekly newsletter
• Development and creation of process maps
• Create Monthly Payor Rosters from MSOW (7 Payors)
• Add new OHQA providers into MSOW
• Update Providers Addresses, Status, and Specialty in MSOW
• Organize PicassoMD Networking Events

Qualifications include:
• Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred. Areas of Computer Science, Math, Engineering, MIS degrees are also preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare, datasets or IT experience
Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data.
• Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional.
• Licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance
• Ability to handle multiple connection projects and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient
• Excellent customer service a must
