Manager, Product Manager - Marketing Data & Audience Solutions

About the role:

If you have a passion for marketing technology, creating cross channel marketing capabilities, and building amazing solutions used to deliver millions of messages to our customers daily, we want you! This role is responsible for the building of our marketing data audiences for the Bank line of business, with the primary focus being enhancing and maintaining our Customer Data Platform and supporting Capital One's Bank Marketing team in delivering amazing customer marketing experiences.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Build marketing audience solutions that enable marketers to connect with most relevant audiences
  • Develop the data strategy for marketing with a priority on data availability in real-time, and generating 360 customer-level views
  • Leverage machine learning intelligence for audience creation
  • Create and track user stories in JIRA, including define acceptance criteria
  • Experience in data management solutions architecture, development, and deployment
  • Build privacy-first data solutions that can scale to support multiple cross-functional teams
  • Continuously incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

  • Ability to drive process across multiple lines of business


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3-5 years of product management experience or at least 2 year of experience in marketing, product design, business analysis, data analysis, or data science
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Understanding of the marketing data ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
