Timber Industries is growing their sales team and looking for highly motivated B2B sales professionals with a background in manufacturing and/or logistics.The ideal candidate will be a proven B2B sales professional with experience interacting with industrial/manufacturing companies. The candidate must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills. The candidate must be proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Dropbox, etc). Must be able to travel to accounts within territory, industry trade shows, etc. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefit package. Self-motivation, creativity, ability to problem solve, computer knowledge and strong work ethic and discipline are must-haves.About the Job:You will be responsible for sourcing, retaining, and growing new business on the regional level. In this position, you will:Build and maintain relationships with new and potential customers in the territory. This includes visiting customer sites, identifying future opportunities, and understanding the business climate in their region.The ideal candidate would reside within the territory to better facilitate site visits and regional business knowledge.Work with customers in a consultative process to determine their client needs and which products help them best achieve their goals.Maintain and grow the lifecycle of business in assigned territory while maintaining the standards of the Timber Industries brand.The Fit:The person who will be successful in this position will have a strong desire to succeed by self-motivation.
