A$ A' "A' ?SUMMARYThis is a fully remote role.As a product marketing manager, you are the chief product evangelist. You use your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, competition and products to help align our product strategy for success.You understand our buyers and users inside and out. You understand their challenges and opportunities and together with the Product Manager drive our product roadmap to bring measurable value to our customers.You are data driven, process oriented and a strong communicator. You excel at building strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders You are equally comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, support or product development.You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product's value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers' problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what's working and what isn't. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop product positioning and messaging to drive marketing and sales success.Drive better sales success and product adoption by fully understanding our buyers, their challenges and decision making criteria.Be the expert on the competitive landscape, understanding their strengths and weaknesses and positioning.Work with internal partners from marketing and customer success to drive adoption, retention and growth from within our customer base.Constantly assess the effectiveness of go to market programs that support your products and recommend optimizations and changes as required.Own the successful launch of new products and features.Drive the enablement of a successful sales team, empowering them to know the value our products deliver to customers and how to effectively convey that value.KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS5+ years of SaaS experience in a market-facing role with at least 2 years of direct experience in market research, product requirements gathering or product messaging.Comfortable across multiple internal toolsets and processes including support, sales, marketing and project management systems.Strong familiarity with marketing analytics tools.Comfortable presenting in front of large groups and small executive level briefings.High level of proficiency writing content for various audiences and levels.Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
