We build successful long-term relationships with clients by providing leading industry knowledge, experience, and proven processes.Job DescriptionAs Director, Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, you'll play a critical role in managing our marketing programs. This role combines inbound marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who will plan and supervise execution marketing programs mapped to each stage of the buyer's journey including but not limited to emails, webinars, paid media, content syndication, events. Lead the optimization marketing campaigns and track lead interactions across marketing channels. This role will work in partnership with the sales team & service line leadership& brand team todevelop strategies that drive leads, awareness and engagement that turn into opportunities. Direct management of all PPC/SEM campaigns will fall into this role.Essential Functions IncludeDrive creation, launch, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels to create and capture demand among our target audience.Build a world-class ABM & demand + lead generation program from the ground up. Partner with sales, service lines, and brand team to engage, nurture and win the accounts.Manage dedicated budget and metrics for integrated campaigns.Manage and lead all PPC/SEM and Social Media Marketing.Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling the successful programs.Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to effectively measure the buyer's journey, and the impact of campaigns on revenue goals.Qualified Candidates Must HaveQualifications4-year university degree.At least 6 years of experience in a marketing role.6+ years of demand generation/lead generation/marketing program management experience.2+ years of experience with Marketing Automation Software (HubSpot (a big plus), Marketo, Pardot).1+ years of experience working with Salesforce.Extensive experience in lead focused campaign optimization: website, landing page, email, ppc, social, content.Experience with Account Based Marketing.Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.A team player and self-starter that thrives in fast-past environments, taking initiative without direction, and making data-driven decisions that move the needle for revenue growth.Creative and willingness to learn and introduce new concepts.Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.Additional InformationWe celebrate our differences and strive to create a workplace where each person can be their authentic self.
