In this role, you will maintain communications policies and procedures, as well as utilize various mediums, such as external storytelling, media outreach, and/or newsletters to ensure effective communication.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Marketing and Communications - Communications Strategy - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesSet team objectives for creating, implementing, and overseeing Fannie Mae's Consumer communications programs.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on communications approaches and channels to reach our target audiences.Oversee and provide guidance on the development of communications plans, campaign development, materials, messaging and results reporting.Collaborate with different business units and program/product teams to develop communications strategy. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across various functions (Marketing, Communications, business leaders).QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required ExperiencesAt least 6 years of relevant experienceDesired ExperiencesBachelor's degree or equivalentSkills Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandThe group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.The group of skills related to Sales, Marketing, and PR including marketing products, social media marketing, creating collateral, planning and developing campaigns, managing the media, etc. Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Expertise in building Consumer-centric Communications strategies and plans leveraging new communications tactics and channelsExperience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalThe group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictToolsExperience using Google Analytics Experience using SprinklrSkilled in ExcelExperience using Cision Experience using SharePointSkilled in Dynamic SignalSkilled in Microsoft TeamsAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
