Job DescriptionBranch Director/Sales Leader, Life Science/Clinical Staffing - RemoteMust have Staffing industry experience.Exciting challenge building sales team and growing revenue for woman-owned Lifesciences Recruiting company. Seat at the table, nimble organization, ability to make decisions quickly and effectively as you develop your team and negotiate new client contracts.Play a critical role as a leadership member of our team, helping achievegoals by delivering a best-in-class experience both internally and externally. Train and lead Sales teammates and lead Recruiting leadership group.Partner with sales team and clients to strategize on finding the best talent to meet the goals of their organizations. Looking for an innovative leader who is creative, dynamic and has leveraged technology in pursuit of disruptive and different solutions. Lead the team by identifying, creating and maintaining current business pipelines, with a focus on technical and niche life sciences roles.ExperienceIdeally 8+ years of sales experience with technical and/or Life Sciences roles.Strong experience screening and developing relationships with clients on both technical and soft skills job requirements to long term business strategies.Ability to design SOW and RFI/RFP responses that win or expand business lines.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a sales organization.Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and provide outstanding customer service to candidates, sales partners, and clients.Strong understanding and experience with ATS (Bullhorn, jobdiva, ER, or others).Exceptional communication skills and a customer first mindset.Responsibilities To IncludeLead up to a team 20 including Sales and Recruiting on daily tasks.Join Sales team on meetings, presentations, market intelligence and other requests.Act as the escalation point for consultant and client issue.Manage business expansion and conflict resolution for in-house team and internal hiring.Analyze market data to make recommendations to sales team on the most effective client sourcing.Proactively develop diverse pipelines of internal talent through networking and creative sourcing and marketing strategies.Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in long term client pipelines.Lead daily stand-up meetings and company team meetings.What You Will GetSix figure plus base including additional commission incentive and equity potential.Opportunity to make an impact.Contact us for immediate consideration.Job Number 6364SDL2017
