A$ A' "A' ?Job DescriptionMicroStrategy is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support the Procurement and Real Estate team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing within the Finance team, you will play an integral role in sourcing, purchase order and quote processing, and operational activities across the company. This position will also drive strategic analysis and cost optimization initiatives related to the Procure to Pay function and bring further transparency to the organization. Procurement & Real Estate Execute the procurement process (Procure to Pay), maintain contract documentation in centralized planning tool and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes Provide dependable and timely services to internal customers by leading regular stakeholder meetings to understand the business needs, requirements and cost drivers of incremental initiatives and contract renewals Lead and support the development, coordination, processing, and analysis of RFPs through its various phases; screen and qualify vendors Partner with the Accounts Payable department to resolve invoice to purchase order discrepancies prior to payment Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to analyze and optimize costs through thorough review of cost drivers and comparisons to financial budgets and forecasts Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, key business partners and leaders Real Estate Manage global real estate portfolio including the planning, strategy, site and office type selection, negotiation, disposition and evaluation of sustainability initiatives and programs Serve as primary point of contact for brokers, landlords and property management and manage internal constituencies including Legal, Finance and senior management Maintains accurate and up-to-date files for all offices worldwide, including business licenses, occupancy permits, COI, amendments, reviews LOI, site approvals and all other correspondence Lead, maintain and distributes Real Estate reporting Partners with local facilities management to resolve issues and oversee all applicable design, retrofitting, construction Qualifications5+ years of experience in Procurement & Real EstateValid passport to support international travel as neededDemonstrated experience in project managementDeep understanding of the real estate market and trends, including knowledge of serviced office vendorsProficiency in MS Office applications and Real Estate software (eg Prolease) Highly organized, with focus on creating, implementing and maintaining new processesTeam-oriented aptitude; ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and to accept multi-directional feedback Bachelor's degreeAdditional InformationThis is hybrid positionWe do not offer relocation supportWe do not sponsor candidates for H-1B visa transfers in this roleThe recruitment process includes online assessments (English, logic, business) - please check your SPAM folder#LI-Hybrid
