This position will partner closely with business and HR leaders to assess opportunities, create DEI strategies and plans, and support execution through coaching, consulting, thought leadership, and collaboration. The role will serve as an essential partner to ensure that DEI remains actively prioritized and is integrated into Privia Health's business and talent strategy. Additionally, this role is responsible for driving the Office Operations team's vision of excellence. The role will focus on supporting the needs of employees operating in a flexible work environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the team delivers on-site experiences that support employee productivity and engagement as well as providing exemplary in-office and remote customer service to all internal and external guests.This role is onsite 2 days per week in the Arlington office at 950 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22203.Essential Job DutiesWorks closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, other essential HR functions to assess and build best in class processes and programs that support Privia's diversity strategy and help us to deliver on our DEI objectives and goals. Partners with employees to develop a robust network of employee resources groups with business specific outcomes to support our DEI critical prioritiesDevelops employee engagement and DEI budget and maintains accurate record of events, attendance, and survey feedback to continually improve event execution and determine ROI.Design, develop, and facilitate DEI education, workshops, and training for executives and employees on content including bias, inclusive leadership, micro and macro behaviors, etc.Assists with the definition of our DEI brand strategy and approach to sharing our story internally and externally. Collects and shares feedback from candidates, employees, and leaders to iterate upon and improve the Privia employee experience for under-represented groups. Conduct research, reporting, and writing for internal communication projects that drive awareness and understanding of Privia's commitment to DEI, reinforce a culture of belonging for all, and connect people to relevant support and resourcesLead the Office Operation team in the strategic planning and day-to-day operation of the office; inspiring and driving the execution in the office aesthetic - supporting the visual and physical comfort of the workplaceQualifications4-5 years of HR, or program management experience, with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion.3+ years of project management experience preferred.Experience leading or working closely with employee resource groups.Cross-cultural competence related to individuals from broad backgrounds such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, individuals with disabilities, among others.Experience leading programs from idea concept to pilot, to execution and evaluation establishing program requirements, using data and metrics.Proficient in a variety of computer software systems, specifically Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.Work Environment And Physical DemandsAbility to constantly remain in a stationary positionAbility to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printerAbility to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screenAbility to frequently communicate and exchange informationAbility to frequently adjust focusAbility to move about the office or other locations as neededAbility to occasionally ascend/descend a ladder Ability to occasionally position self to maintain computers including under desks and in service closetsAbility to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds of equipment, usually in the form of boxes, equipment or other small packagesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.?Technical Requirements (for Remote Workers)In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed.
