Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Manager (Level K) to lead a Digital Marketing team focused on the marketing messaging, content and campaigns associated with the transactional e-Commerce experience across the broad Boeing Services portfolio. This includes working with leaders, stakeholders and partners to establish a digital marketing roadmap and development of the annual business plans, goals and budget for marketing efforts that will drive revenue, digital shift, and improve customer experience. This is a leadership and management opportunity within Boeing to support the rapidly growing e-commerce footprint for BGS. This position is responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and plans for omni-channel digital marketing campaigns. Develop, deploy, and analyze demand generation campaigns in a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels including online marketplaces, digital advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, etc. to support campaigns, product promotions, customer notifications, and nurture campaigns based on business priorities and goals. This position requires a flexible, hands on manager who works with team members and partner organizations to execute marketing campaigns and to support customer onsite experience across the Services online platforms. The job is creative, technical and analytical in nature and requires a marketing professional who can bring these elements together to engage customers and drive them to a successful online experience and purchase. Position Responsibilities Duties will include (but are not limited to): Manage and support the team members and partnered functions responsible for developing and executing digital marketing content and campaigns in the Services eCommerce space Partner with key stakeholders to develop the annual eCommerce Digital Marketing plan and budget including Marketing Managers, Rev Ops Manager, technical teams and agencies Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and drive business goals and initiatives through SAFe Agile planning Work with Marketing teams to execute monthly and ad-hoc promotional campaigns; work with the Rev Ops team on the campaigns associated with site and customer experience improvements, automated campaigns and business opportunities Develop, manage and execute the marketing strategies, plans and tactics for digital campaigns including content, SEO alignment, advertising and digital display, email, etc. Manage a quality assurance process to ensure accurate content and on-time campaign delivery Work with analytics team to define measurement plans for campaigns and initiatives; review analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust when necessary and report out on the effectiveness of campaigns as well as overall revenue/objectives to plan Monitor the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions and revenue Develop, maintain and foster relationships with internal stakeholders, including participating in meetings, engaging in discussions, and working across various teams; manage the relationship, budget and progress of agency partners Research best practices, report on competitive activities and deliver strategic recommendations for the future Evaluate emerging web capabilities and determine their role in marketing initiatives This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed Boeing location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): Associates's degree or higher 5+ years developing integrating marketing campaigns 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role 3+ years' experience managing multiple projects concurrently Experience developing and executing digital media plans based on business objectives and campaign goals Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Basic understanding of SAFe Agile and Program Increment (PI) Planning Experience and understanding of project management systems, such as Jira, Confluence and Robohead Experience with executing target audience segmentation strategies Experience with directing the relationship, funding and project contributions of marketing agencies Knowledge of best practices in B2B demands generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems; Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, Einstein and HTML preferred Solid understanding of web analytics, ad tracking, a/b testing, tag management and content management Experience operating in a shared services model with proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Basic understanding of SAFe Agile and Program Increment (PI) Planning Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must reside within proximity to one of the listed Boeing locations or relocate at their own expense.
