As a Senior Digital UX Designer, you will focus on web and mobile experiences and partner with teams across the organization to ensure our interfaces, content and unauthenticated experiences are consistent with OneMain's brand and values. You will serve as an ambassador for our customer and our brand, optimizing the pages that communicate who we are. Our UX team works on the forefront of these initiatives, guiding new experiences for our customers across a wide variety of digital platforms, experiences, and channels. We collaborate in a customer-centric environment where decisions impact effective and responsible design, creating experiences that make our products better for millions of customers. If you're passionate about design, driven to deeply understand customer needs and their implications to marketing technology decisions, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders in the recommendation of enhancements to improve user experience, compelling design and brand consistency Apply customer feedback and analytics to design decisions Understand customer needs, motivations & behaviors - honed by a deep customer empathy and partnership with UX researchers and other UX team members - and let those inform design system decisions Keep current on UX trends and philosophies to bring energy and fresh approaches to our design practices Serve as an ambassador for a well-supported and productive design team Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of user interface design experience with strong knowledge of information design principles and methodologies Demonstrable high-quality visual design skill Proficiency with design authoring and prototyping tools such as: Figma, XD , Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite Proficient written communication sills Experience in project management Excellent written and oral communication skills Benefits Because we want our team members to bring us their very best every day, we believe they deserve the right opportunities and benefits.
