BFPE International is seeking a full time Security System Installation & Service Technician to join our growing team and BFPE Family at our Headquarters in Hanover, MD. The role of a Security System Installation & Service Technician is to perform installations and preventative maintenance on access control systems, video surveillance systems, and intrusion systems. Candidate must be able to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all aspects of these systems. Candidates should have an understanding of networking principles, complete accurate reports, take service calls, and troubleshoot and correct issues that are found while onsite. Ideal Candidate Qualifications * Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience. * Prefer experience and certifications for the following systems: . Lenel, Honeywell Pro-Watch, Kantech access control systems . Milestone, Exacqvision, Lenel Digital Video surveillance systems . DMP, Honeywell, Bosch DSC intrusion systems . Cornell and Rath nurse call and Area of Refuge systems * A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to work in the DC, MD, VA, WV, DE, and PA areas (approximately 120 mile radius from Hanover, MD). * Reliable attendance and ability to work early morning hours, evening hours, overtime, as needed, and take emergency after-hours on-call service calls. * Possess professional business communications skills, both written and oral. * Self-learner, self-motivated, dedicated, organized, and a team player. * Must have good communication and organization skills, be able to develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and accomplish tasks in a timely and safe manner.
