Job DescriptionIron Bow Technologies has an opportunity for a Network Specialist Master (LAN) providing enterprise-wide LAN maintenance to support for the 744 th Communication Squadron (CS) on classified and unclassified networks. This includes install, configure, administer, manage, maintain/update and provide maintenance and operational support for the LAN components and LAN system as a whole.Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 thru Tier 3 support for the NIPR and SIPR Networks. Ensure the entire LAN complies with all DISA STIGs and AF TCNOs by implementing firmware, software and hardware changes as necessary. Provide emergency LAN troubleshooting assistance within 30 minutes of notification either by phone or in person and troubleshoot and resolve any emergency network outage within two (2) hours of notification. Prepare and maintain project planning documentation, create and maintain network maps/diagrams and presentation material and input all relevant information into network monitoring tools. Use Government provided ticket system to process, log and close out trouble tickets, change requests and work-orders. Provide management and maintenance of encryption devices on SIPR and use GEM-X to centrally manage all encryption devices. Maintain a disaster recovery plan for the LAN system. Provide training, as requested. Install, configure, administer, manage, maintain and update Cisco LAN Management Solutions (LMS) systems. Ensure all LAN devices are managed by LMS. Install, configure, administer, manage, maintain and update Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) system. Load all applicable DoD Certificates, Air Force Certificates, and any other as required (root, intermediate, commercial, etc.) to the Cisco ISE systems. Install, configure, administer, manage, maintain and update Cisco Access Control Server (ACS) system. Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience in network design and administration in a network support environment. CCIE Routing and Switching; must have completed the lab and have an active status on the CCIE (CCIE written does not meet the requirement). May consider CCIE Datacenter. Security+ certification. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
