This individual will be responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. They will coordinate and support all activities of the department and will interface with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the Scope of Work at assigned Unit(s). Operation in a large Pharmaceutical Facility. Key Responsibilities:Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the department, ensuring adequate staffing across departmentEstablishes work standards and work flowWill have direct oversight of subcontractors including landscape, pest control, and janitorial teams. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agenciesControls expenses within area of responsibilityContinuously reviews procedures and implements improvements when applicablePerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:3-5 years of industry experienceManager must have strong financial acumen and team building skills.
