The ideal candidate will have the ability to, write, plan, execute, analyze, and report on software acceptance tests. The TAE must have the ability to develop and train others on the development of automated tests and an automated test framework. The TAE will have the ability to communicate and coordinate with internal Command departments, cross-service organizations, and other external agencies to synchronize Cyber capabilities.Required Skills:Understanding in both Linux and Windows CLI is preferredExperience with setting up testing environments including managing testing repos and writing automated testing scriptsExperience with containerization such as Docker is preferredExperience writing functional, integration, and acceptance test in Java, C++, Python, or BashProven knowledge of how to set up, manage, and create CI/CD pipelines using automation orchestration tools (Atlassian bamboo, Gitlab [Gitlab Runners], etc.)Experience with VMware and VMWare tools and setting up VM's from templated VM'sProven experience reviewing unit tests and advising development teams on how to improve thoroughness in testingExperience in deriving requirements from customers to produce tangible testing resultsDesired Skills:Experience developing automated scriptsDerive requirements given from customers to testing planAbility to tailor scripts to project-specific tools to simplify test requirementsExperience designing and developing (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet customer needsGood verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with customers to develop business process enhancements
