As a Front End Application Architect, you will collaborate with project stakeholders and UX designers to understand requirements and translate into UI architecture. You will establish UI development standards for team members to follow, provide technical leadership to team members and perform code reviews to ensure that developers follow desired patterns/standards. What You'll Be DoingDevelop front-end user-interfaces of applications Work in a team with other smart AIS employees using cutting edgetechnologies to solve challenging business problemsBuild elegant, scalable, extensible, cost effective solutions with an eyetowards innovation and agilityUtilize problem-solving and decision making skills to understand client painpoints and to self- troubleshoot as challenges ariseCollaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliverproject-based workWork in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code Provide mentorship to junior DevelopersLearn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices,and trends Profile of Success10+ years of development experience5+ years of modern web-centric developmentMicroservices Architecture experienceDeep knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.Practical knowledge of web tooling such as Webpack, NPM, Yarn, SASS/SCSSExtensive experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular and React.Experience with client-side build and packaging tools like node, npm, webpack, and rollupjs.Solid experience using REST APIs and working with JSONAbility to drive a UI architecture.Proven ability to develop rich UI web applications and reusable UI components.Knowledge of modern best practices and design guidelines for UI development.Ability to collaborate with product teams and UX designers to understand the requirements and translate into implementation.Ability to mentor fellow UI engineers.Experience with agile development methodology About AISAIS, Dedicated to Our PeopleAIS employees can spend their entire career at AIS doing challenging, rewarding work and reach their desired level of achievement and responsibility.
