A$ A' "A' ?The Enterprise Systems team at Precision Medicine Group (PMG) is looking to add a Project Manager to support our expanding enterprise systems implementation and continuous improvement efforts. The Enterprise Systems team bridges the gaps between functional business requirements and technological solutions. We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic group as we partner with the broad portfolio of PMG businesses to provide technological solutions which empower them to progress on their mission of improving human health.THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITYPrimary DutiesCreate and maintain multi-workstream project plans, reporting dashboards, and executive summariesAssess project gaps and issues, prioritize them, and drive solutions to completionProvide oversight for end-to-end project management, including initiation, build, testing, go-live and post go-live support, while ensuring alignment across the project team, business leaders, and external consultantsCoordinate, schedule, and facilitate program meetings with internal and external resources, while ensuring all stakeholders are adhering to best practices for project management and IT implementationsProvide daily management of project teams and milestonesIdentify, define, escalate, and monitor issues, risks, actions, and open decisionsFacilitate communication and build consensus between workstreams, departments, and business units to drive business process consistency across PMGCommunicate with key-business stakeholders including C-Suite executives on project progress, obstacles, and mitigation strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in project management, business management, information technology or applicable field5-8 years of project management and/or related experienceExperience managing teams of consultants and liaising with internal business units and departmentsFamiliarity with both agile and waterfall implementation approaches and when each is best appliedHistory of contributing to business software implementationDesire to work with and learn multiple technology platformsStrong communication skills and demonstrable problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timelinePreferred QualificationsExperience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industryPMP Certification favoredHistory of managing business software implementationsExperience with Infor/Lawson products, Salesforce, and/or other enterprise softwaresAny data provided as a part of this application will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy .Precision Medicine Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
