SecuriGence is seeking a Program Manager to join us in support of the FCC Enterprise Engineering and Architecture Services (EE) Program to help contribute to our success. Help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.The Program Manager will serve as the subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of platform architecture. ResponsibilitiesServes as the Contractor's main point of contact for coordination of the BPA and oversight of the overall performance of all LCATs on subsequent BPA call orders. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.QualificationsCertification: PMP required; PgMP preferredEducation and experience: MBA (IT Management or Program/Project Management) 8+ years of IT program management experience in technology solution delivery; 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and project management.Working knowledge of Agile solution delivery and relevant delivery, in at least four (4), platforms listed in Technical Exhibit 4 of this PWS.Secret ClearanceAboutSecuriGence LLC (SG) is an agile, Veteran-owned small business headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan region.
