We are seeking a high energy, motivated individual with experience working in either a litigation defense department or selling into one, to join our team in a legal sales role. The services we offer include: court reporting, legal staffing, managed review, E-discovery, translations, cloud computing and breach response management. This is a hybrid position in the court reporting division responsible for prospecting, qualifying and securing new business across all service lines. Some duties and responsibilities may include: - Prospect, qualify and develop relationships with Attorneys and paralegals in larger firms and/or corporate legal departments - Assist attorneys and paralegals with their court reporting and transcription needs nationwide- Provide guidance, support and training for remote deposition participants- Assist corporate clients and their local counsel with national cost saving initiatives- Assist with client needs throughout all phases of litigation, including e-discovery, managed services, document review, translation projects and legal staffing- Prepare relevant content for use on social media- Participate in and create content for legal-related webinars- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives- Plan events for clients and local associations in the legal field- Develop quotes and proposals for clients- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
