Designing, assembling and delivering equipment with a unique passion, MARSILLI provides absolutely reliable solutions together with outstanding quality.Our headquarters atA' MARSILLI NORTH AMERICA INCA' is requiring an:ACCOUNTING MANAGERPerform task related to Accounting and HR functions and reports directly to the Controller.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Accounts Payable (Marsilli North America, Marsilli Mexico & Marsilli India):Validate and enter vendor invoices, assigning appropriate G/L codes when necessary.Check employee Expense Reports against receipts.Enter/update new Vendors in Accounting system.Select invoices for payment in preparation for check run and mail out checks to vendors.Supply backup for expanses from Credit Card statements.Accounts Receivable (Marsilli North America):Enter Cash Receipts in SAGE (accounting software).Assist in collections.General Ledger (Marsilli North America, Marsilli Mexico & Marsilli India):Enter Monthly Journal Entries in SAGE (accounting software).Perform General Ledger account reconciliations.Intercompany reconciliation (between Mexico/India/Italy).Enter various bank transactions from company banks.Perform Account Analysis on various G/L accounts.Analyze trends, costs, revenues.Financial Statements (Marsilli North America, Marsilli Mexico & Marsilli India):Produce timely monthly Balance Sheet and P&L (per schedule).Update Cargo Worksheet for Insurance company.Prepare Cash Flow projections (from spreadsheet).Manage Corporate Auditor visits.Inventory (Marsilli North America & Marsilli Mexico):Validate Inventory quantities/transactions and investigate discrepancies.Perform monthly cycle counts verifying quantities on hand.HR/Admin Duties:Benefits Administration.Employee Forms (new hire checklist & updating annual tax forms).Personnel file recordkeeping.Provide support to traveling employees.Maintain accurate spreadsheet on residents in company apartments.Project Accounting:Must have experience with Revenue Recognition on all ongoing projects.May have various other duties assigned.DESIRE PROFILE:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required).CPA certification desired.Exceptional listening, negotiation, influence, communication, and presentation skills.Effective interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues, and to interreact with a wide range of individuals.SAGE X3 system.Contact management software (Lotus Notes, ACT or similar).Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.ALL the applicants must be located in the Baltimore area and able to work un USA.
