This role's duties will require planning and directing all accounting operational functions, handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and leading, mentoring and developing departmental staff. If your ideal job offers you exceptional compensation and benefits and potential for career growth, this is a great fit!!How you will make an impact:- Ensure deliverables of self and team meet expectations- Handle monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis- Each month, present executive committee and partners with financial reports- Handle daily cash management and produce cash-flow reports, calculating cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor on a monthly basis- Manage accounting department operations, including accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll- Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies- Support Finance Department initiatives, including software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, through research, planning and implementation, as needed- Collaborate with executive team and partners to support efficient and effective firm-wide operation- Perform other duties beyond formal job responsibilitiesWe offer a an impressive total compensation package to include generous base, bonus potential, and a full benefit suite!
