This is a full-time position working with our skilled construction crew and completing the performance of construction tasks for our portfolio of office buildings and warehouse spaces. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Construction Supervisor with day-to-day responsibilities of the department Framing metal studded walls Hanging and finishing drywall Installation of acoustical ceilings, including grids and tiles Installation of Door frames, doors and associated hardware Installation of Cabinetry Installation of Toilet partition walls. Demo of interior walls and ceilings Assist in the Planning of construction projects; recommend best practices to complete projects in the most effective manner. Help create a positive work environment that is productive, efficient and inclusive for all workers. Experience/Requirements: Minimum of three-year's experience Working knowledge of construction process and procedures along with safety protocols. Ability to read plans and prints highly desirable. Ability to lay out jobs from prints highly desirable. Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicle. Education / Certification: High School diploma. Trade School Certification desired, but not needed.
