As an NRWS Systems Manager working on the NRWS team, you will be empowered to work with NRWS Systems Lead and NRWS leadership to development, implement, and maintain the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems for the nonclinical organization. A typical day will include: POSITION OBJECTIVES: Work with NRWS Systems Lead, NRWS leadership and internal and external stakeholders to enhance and simplify the nonclinical documentation's life cycle management by harmonizing and streamlining Takeda's Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems and tracking systems, and implementation of new technology solutions. Support PTS/nonclinical data initiative and NRWS innovation efforts. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Contribute to development and implementation of NRWS digital strategy, challenges dogmas and internal 'blind spots'; actively pressure-tests ideas cross-functionally Represent the nonclinical organization in the merger of Takeda's legacy regulatory electronic document management systems, EDMS associated with the documentation life cycle management and ensures systems' alignment with the applicable internal business processes Lead the harmonization of the multiple nonclinical EDMS systems (eg, Mediva, ShEDS & StarDoc) and integration of tracking tools Utilize relevant information, technology and resources, contributing to lead a seamless implementation of new RIM, tracking, and other supporting systems, including the development of change management plan. Manage the NRWS Systems staff EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, relational database management, systems administration, or related scientific discipline. An advanced degree in information systems and/or scientific discipline is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical regulatory experience, preferably understanding of Regulatory Operations. Experience with document management systems, information management systems, or other related information technologies, standards, and related processes; experience with Veeva Vault RIM is preferred.
