DLH is seeking a Solution Architecture Analyst to provide support to the Defense Health Agency. The Solution Architecture Analyst Manage the development and maintenance of DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF) compliant Enterprise Architectures for new IT projects, as well as update Solution Architectures for systems under sustainment; analyze, develop, and update Solution Architectures as new functionality is added (ie technical views (TVs), operational views (OVs), and system views (SVs)). Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Demonstrate and encourage the use and benefit of architecture products to Government managers, and other personnel involved in maintaining and expanding mission capabilities.* Create Solution Architecture diagrams and business process diagrams in support of DoD Acquisition documentation such as Net Ready - Key Performance Parameter (NR-KPP) and Organizational Execution Plan (OEP).* Coordinate with the DHA Enterprise Architecture Division to understand and comply with Enterprise Architecture policy and conventions for all SDD architecture products. * Coordinate NR-KPP submission in Global Information Grid (GIG) Technical Guidance Federation (GTG-F).* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:* Knowledge and experience with the DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF) required.* Knowledge and experience with Solution/Enterprise Architecture diagrams, including technical views (TVs), operational views (OVs), and system views (SVs)). * Knowledge of the PMBOK(R) process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs. * PMP certification preferred. * Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.* Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.* Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.* Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing virtualization environments that run the VMware Platform Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:* Bachelor's degree and/or work experience required by contract labor category.* Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience. Experience shall demonstrate the ability to perform functional requirements and include a broad range of assignments performing analytical and/or technical requirements and analysis. Preferred Qualifications:* PMP preferred.
