The Program Manager at MET International leads the administration of student services, the implementation of MET International programs at the Metropolitan College as well as the support of students and partner institutions. Program Administration and Promotion Work with MET academic departments to ensure accurate program implementation based on customized program options and partner curricula requirements Manage and implement customized graduate program curricula for partner students assigned Manage the internship program in coordination with placement agency and ISSO Report course needs to academic departments for scheduling on a semester basis Manage customized partner invoice process in coordination with Student Accounts Evaluate programming and communicate feedback to Executive Director making changes and updates when necessary and providing suggestions for improvement Provide Projections and reports as requested Conduct student information sessions as assigned either remotely via Zoom or at institutions and organizations abroad, (3-4 remote sessions/year and 1-2 trips/year as needed). Provide customized content edits to printed and digital MET International program collateral material Admissions and Enrollment processing Manage application cycles, processing undergraduate and graduate student applications coordinating with MET College admissions board. Update and maintain application portals to ensure accurate program listing Manage student enrollment and registration process, creating student records, assigning program special codes, issuing BU Id's and course enrollment. Manage credit transfer and curriculum implementation as per Academic Advisor's study plans Student Services Support Monitor student's performance conducting mid-term evaluations and refer students who require additional support to appropriate resources Support degree seeking students through their studies at the College ensuring proper credit transfer and convey commencement and graduation information to students in conjunction with academic departments Address students' needs and concerns on academic and non-academic issues Create and update pre-departure resources for admitted students Plan and deliver the undergraduate and graduate student orientations in the Fall and Spring semesters. Plan and manage the delivery of multiple semester events and engagement programming specifically for students with the goal to enhance student experience on campus Required Skills A cover letter is required for consideration. BA/BS, or equivalent Five to eight years of relevant experience in academic program administration and student admissions Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines simultaneously Must be able to manage priorities and work cycles that are tied to the admissions calendar and includes intense work load Attention to detail, excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills A high level of comfort and experience using technology specially Microsoft Office and databases and application systems Must be a dedicated, independent, and innovative team player Must be able to travel internationally 2-3 times a year Previous supervisory experience is a plus Please note all newly hired staff and faculty, will need to be in compliance with Boston University's COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Requirement within 30 days of date of hire.
