Process Manager

As a Process Manager within the Retail Bank Tech (RBT) Labor Team, you will be part of a growing organization delivering on enterprise priorities. In this role you will help drive the RBT labor strategy and key initiatives that will help have a direct impact on the business. We are seeking a dedicated, organized professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate across teams, as well as be able to adapt quickly to change.

Responsibilities :
  • Primarily support our workstream for Non-Associate RBT labor strategy and help manage org priorities
  • Manage data quality by working with our systems and reporting to reconcile, analyze, identify data issues, understand trends, and make recommendations
  • Support ad-hoc processes for furloughs and contractor management along with other ad-hoc projects in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Partner and develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, Chief of Staff, and Enterprise Management to ensure consistent agreement and progress against shared goals and act as a thought partner
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and expertise by organizing information in a strategic and compelling way
  • Partnering across the enterprise to understand key objectives and priorities, helping drive next steps while looking for ways to improve and add value


The Successful Candidate will:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling ability to drive decision making and influence business decisions
  • Be results-oriented
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills
  • Display excellent process and project management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate and influence across levels, functions, and organizations to build strong collaborative working relationships with our partners
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal direction
  • Be able to react seamlessly to change
  • Genuinely care about our teams and their success


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of process management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of process or project management experience
  • 1+ years experience in Finance or Technology Industry
