This a newly created opportunity due to the growth and they are seeking a dynamic Accounting Specialist to support daily operational accounting needs. The Accounting Specialist will report to the Controller, CPA and offers tremendous career growth. This is an exciting opportunity that will offer training in accounting and flexible remote work options. Recent grads with a BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business are highly encouraged to apply. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:. Process full cycle accounts payable, employee expense reports, and 1099s. Assist with preparing journal entries, maintains, and reconciles ledger accounts. Process accounts payable invoices and billing for clients. Prepare cash receipts and assist in accounts receivable and collections.
