Position Description: If you love high profile and challenging programing projects supporting the US Navy, Serco has a great opportunity for you! SERCO is hiring a Navy Analyst to be on a dynamic team supporting information warfare programs at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact toward our military defense. SERCO supports the US Navy which supports the Navy warfighter by setting requirements, budgeting resources, and managing programs for many different Navy programs. The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N2N6) optimizes information warfare investments through centralized coordination, Navy network capability development/integration, Joint and Navy requirements development, and resource programming. In the Navy Program Analyst role, you will:Responsible for ensuring that technical and/or financial solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner by executing project plans and monitoring performance. Provides updates on project progress to management. Resolves project staffing and planning issues. Works with agency/department resources on implementation issues. Manages staff assigned to project. Conducts preliminary quality assurance over project deliverables and activities. Delivers presentations and leads client meetings.Support government personnel in hosting meetings associated with PPBE requirements generation process, conducting program analysis, oversight, and resource allocations.Support the government administratively and qualitatively prepare and compile information as it relates to and in support of PPBE analysis for all programs under the resource sponsorship of N2/N6.Support N2N6 in the identification, analysis, and documentation of installation and systems integration engineering improvements in the following areas having impacts on N2N6 programs: Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS); Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD); Capabilities Development Documents (CDD); Joint Operation Concept (JOC) and Joint Functional Concepts (JFC).Provide high level support to action officers with preparing executive level presentations relevant to specific N2N6 topics. Qualifications: To be successful in the role, you will have:An active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)A Bachelors degree in related field7 years of experience (at least three years of which were in a managerial capacity) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systemsKnowledge of Capital Planning and Investment ControlDevelopment of Enterprise Architectures, Standards, Governance, and Policy Information Assurance/Security and the Department of Defense PlanningAbility to interface with senior military officers and Government civilians to provide professional, informed reports on the status of workProficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Desired Attributes:Experience working at OPNAV, or other Echelon 1 or 2 staffs.Experience in C4I systems development and program managementPPBE/POM experienceProgramming, Budgeting, and Naval concepts is highly desiredIf you are interested in supporting and working with our military and sailors and a passionate Serco team- then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
