Salary: The selected applicant's starting hourly rate will be in the minimum to midpoint range ($23.8108 - $31.7475) of the advertised compensation range. Promotional rules apply for current Fairfax County Government and Fairfax County Public Schools employees.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Ability to perform all human Capital Management Enterprise Resource Planning system functions.

- Requires the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balance priorities, maintain confidentiality, identify possible solutions to business problems, and quickly gain knowledge of County operations;
- Provides office management and scheduling assistance to the County Executive’s Senior Management Team, the Admin Team, and to the Shared Support Lead;
- Plans travel for the Executive Team, to include scheduling transportation, hotels, and event registration as well as compiling and submitting travel documents in accordance with County policies and procedures;
- Assists with financial processing, accounts payable, journal entries, and cost distributions;
- Assists with administrative duties supporting the Labor Relations Administrator;
- Creates and maintains filing systems for the County Executive and the Labor Relations Administrator; and
- Provides support for the office reception area.

- Experience with database maintenance.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
