Venture Ashore is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Accounting & Finance operation. (Remote Position) About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System. About the Opportunity: A fantastic opportunity to join our growing operations team at the world's largest independent shore excursions provider, Venture Ashore. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our global tour business. Your role will include measuring, analyzing and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans, preparing reports for management and conducting financial modelling to support our pricing strategy. If you are experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and performance reporting, this key role in the cruise travel industry with an international team may be for you! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct market research to analyze market conditions and growth assumptions Provide project due diligence and support Prepare profitability analyses Prepare monthly financial executive committee presentations Support the budgeting process Prepare and analyze financial reports for forecasting and budgeting Provide weekly financial reporting and forecasting for operations team Identify and drive process improvement Other duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 2 years budgeting or financial analysis experience Advanced proficiency with Excel spreadsheets Strong quantitative skills and core financial competency and the ability to create financial models Conscientious and self-directed with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Results driven team player Deadline driven and detail oriented Strong communication skills and negotiation skills Time management and strategic planning skills About Us: City Experiences' passion is to provide amazing experiences on land and water.
