Electrical Engineer Needed! Location: Winchester, VA Hours * Monday -Friday Benefits include but are not limited to: * Health, Dental, Vision - Free coverage for employees with no premium! * 401 (k) * PTO The Electrical Engineer works closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process from the raw material to the finished product and support daily productions activities. This is a managerial position, which would include the daily supervision of plant electricians and electronic technicians as well as the management of plant construction, modifications, appropriations, and equipment installation. Requirements: Working knowledge of motor controls, VFD's, DC drives, Eddy Current Systems and/or Modicon system design Five to seven years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment Facility power distribution to include voltage up to 4160v, three-phase Approximately 10% overnight travel Highly Preferred: Green or black belt certification in Six Sigma Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience plus an Associate degree Packaging industry experience CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc., a wholly owned company of Crown Holdings, Inc. is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and sale of packaging products for consumer goods.
