To be considered for this position, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a construction-related field, 2-5 years of experience in concrete project supervision, and will be knowledgeable in project management including concrete, estimating, safety, quality control, and scheduling. As a leader for the project team, responsibilities will include creating a safe work environment, organizing site logistics, establishing a work pace that achieves schedule commitments, assuring construction quality, and monitoring and tracking project progress and risks. The Project Manager must be able to work proactively and professionally with a large group of stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers, and owner's representatives. Willingness to learn new software technology and estimating software.
