Overview: Responsible for managing assigned investment portfolios to meet client investment objectives within prescribed guidelines. This may include the investment of funds for individuals, charities and endowments, estates, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit entities. Builds strong client loyalty and retention through relationship efforts in a collaborative team environment. Performs required compliance functions consistent with applicable regulations and company policy. Work Locations: Lancaster, or Reading or West Chester Required travel to Lancaster routinely. Responsibilities: Client Experience:Contributes to the delivery of a consistent and integrated client experience through superior execution against Fulton's' value proposition.Manages the investment of funds in a variety of accounts by: Analyzing customer account objectives by meeting with clients, Relationship Managers and Business Development officers. Planning the overall investment strategy of the client's investment portfolio, providing individual tailored solutions and employing technical advice as may be required. Maintaining compliance with industry regulations, Investment Strategy (ISS) guidelines, account agreements and other documentation essential to the management of the account. Incorporating technical advice where required or necessary from outside advisors, tax accountants, legal counsel, economic and market analysts. Coordinating and executing necessary security purchases or sales utilizing portfolio Investment Strategy Selection guidelines and other investment restrictions as directed by client. Providing to the client an understanding of investment risk and expected returns of customer's chosen investment objectives. Managing accounts in accordance with FFA's investment process and using investment products/securities on the FFA approved security lists and manager platform options. Implementing all appropriate asset allocation changes and investment changes in a timely manner for client portfolios. Meeting with client and account administrators as required reviewing clients' investment strategy, needs and objectives and investment performanceKeeps informed of trends and developments in the securities markets. Analyzes financial markets and economy to make recommendations impacting investment strategy and processes.Supports client activities/issues with relationship team members.Assists in, and or manages, special projects on investment techniques and strategies.Account Administration:Develop proficiency in utilizing workstation tools and product/solution platforms.Responsible for completion of annual Reg. 9 review process for all assigned client portfolios and for the execution documentation as it relates to compliance issues. Successful execution of 60-day new account review process. Qualifications: Education Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. (Required)Experience1 or more years Investment management which may include wealth management and/or trust expereince or with an IRA or brokerage firm. (Required) : This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
