SUMMARY STATEMENT OF POSITION:Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), the Program Assistant provides administrative support to the CCO and PRS programs as assigned. PRIMARY DUTIES: Creates and distributes a variety of program and billing reports. This may require obtaining data from different sources, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Provides backup support for the referral and authorization process to include receipt and routing of client referral information to appropriate program staff, establishing an initial client profile and uploading client information into the EHR.Generates and distributes clinical record information to external stakeholders.Assists with the process of verifying client Medicaid and other insurance eligibility.Provides backup support for billing utilizing the EHR.Outreach to potential clients of the Anthem Pilot Program.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma; Associates degree helpful.3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.Excellent computer and organizational skills; advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and WordExperience working with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) application highly preferred, but not required.High degree of empathy toward the individuals and families we serve.SCHEDULE/ LOCATION /SALARY:$44,000 - Estimated salary depending on related experienceOakton, VA with flexibility for some telework.Monday- Friday 9:00 am -5:00pmIf this sounds like a job for you, please complete an application now!
