Responsibilities: The Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of technical and non-technical candidates, will help execute internal recruiting strategy, generate candidate interest, and build relationships with prospective EverWatch candidates. In addition, the Recruiter will:Work closely with hiring managers to review staffing requirements, source and prescreen candidates, coordinate interviewsWork closely with HR to onboard employeesManage candidate flow within the ATS system in accordance with company and OFCCP policyDevelop and implement sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates Participate in local professional networking groups, job fairs, and other recruiting events Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred along with 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a government contracting environment.Applicant Tracking System experienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills both verbally and written. This includes consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers on status of requisitions, candidate quality and candidate pipeline.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize requirementsResults driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the recruitment of technical, non-technical and corporate positions supporting a variety of departmentsExperience recruiting for proposal opportunitiesUnderstanding of OFCCP and EEO Clearance Level: No clearance Job Locations: US-VA-Reston Skills: Recruiter
