A successful Specialist is on top of the latest digital marketing trends and can adjust campaigns based on performance to drive the fundraising and marketing for a variety of top conservative non-profits, advocacyorganizations, candidates, PACs, and publishing brands. Key Responsibilities Use CSS and HTML to build responsive e-mails and online content (30%)Manage and optimize all email fundraising accounts for a variety of commercial, political, and nonprofit campaigns and aggregated news sites (25%)Assist Account team with testing and marketing engagement strategies (15%)Identify trends and opportunities to make timely recommendations for successful email campaigns (10%)Monitor and create email reports, results, and program statistics in an accurate and efficient manner (10%)Design and build landing pages for use in e-mail and advertising campaigns (10%) Core Competencies Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesWorking knowledge of e-mail marketing and online advertisingCreative thinker with natural curiosity and outstanding client relation skillsStrong interest in politics preferred Requirements1-3 years of online marketing experienceBA/BS degree; preferably in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, or Web DevelopmentProficient with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and WordPressExperience with any ESP, or other enterprise email platforms preferredFacebook and Google certified professionals preferred but not required
