Human Resources Coordinator
Overview: An excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong customer service skills. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing human resources support, in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager and Director, to the Outpatient Division to achieve its Long Term Vision and Strategic Initiatives, as well as meet the needs of the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: An exciting position that embraces and encourages continuous improvement and collaboration while providing HR support in a number of areas, including leave of absence, licensure tracking and maintenance, benefits, and compliance.Facilitates in the processing of terminations, salary increases, status changes, as well as providing next steps in unemployment claims & leaves of absence requestsSupports and consults with Human Resources Manager or Regional Human Resources Director regarding employee inquiries, investigations, and organizational effectivenessCompiles information and materials that may involve extensive research and include highly confidential and sensitive information as requested including the coordination and distribution of financial reportsImplements and communicates new or updated processes or policies to the fieldMaintains accurate, complete, and organized records, reports, files, and other documentation including tracking, organizing, and auditing this information in a timely manner Qualifications: Required:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 1 years of HR experience with exposure to benefit administration, payroll administration, and / or basic HR functionsIdeal candidate is results oriented, detail oriented, focused, responsible, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information in a professional setting. In addition, must be proficient and comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
