Overview: LMI is seeking a Junior HR Project Manager responsible for quality delivery of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits program services within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in a classified environment to multiple clients and consultants. LMI is a not-for-profit government consulting firm, dedicated to advancing the management of government. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph preferred. Responsibilities: Provide specialized support services and delivery of Human Resources, Leadership and Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits program services to consultants and clients Understand multiple HR technology platforms and a large solution portfolioUnderstand industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.Obtain and adhere to changing project requirementsProduce accurate, edited work productsImplement pre-specified research or analysis plans.Ensures desired results by determining and implementing objectives and allocating appropriate resourcesProvide regular detailed reporting to management and customersCollaborate with the team internal and external timely and proactivelyProduce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experienceMinimum 3 years in HR business management experience, or administrative experience; familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferredActive TS/SCI clearance; TS/SCI with polygraph desired.Ability to develop a variety of written and presentation-based work products and deliverablesAbility to work in a team-based environmentAbility to travel to and work on client sites as neededProficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePointExperience with MS Project and MS Visio desiredExcellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skillsExcellent customer relationship management skillsDesire and willingness to gain technical skills and capabilities in strategy development, talent management, process mapping, organizational change, workforce planning and analysis, data analysis and visualization, and/or competency management, to include desire to obtain relevant industry certifications (such as Project Management Professional)Management consulting experience desiredExperience with tools and methods for project management, data analysis, business analysis, and/or strategic communications and multimedia
