The Primary purpose of the position is to provide recruitment support to The Facility's Human Resources Director on current and future open position.As a Healthcare Recruiter you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the assigned duties.Duties and Responsibilities:Recruiting and evaluating job candidates.Determining applicants requirements by studying job description and job qualification.Building applicant sources by researching and contacting nursing schools, Unemployment agencies and job boards.Attracting Applicants by placing job advertisement and attending Job fairs.Assist Human Resources Director with various recruitment projects.Must posses, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent.Must have one(1) year experience as a Healthcare Recruiter highly preferred.At least one year of experience in long term care facility highly preferred.
