How you'll make a difference:We seek an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to help optimize the customer lifecycle within the CRM domain through Custom Ink's email programs. You'll maintain processes, facilitating functionality implementations, coordinating the timely and successful execution of thousands of personalized communications, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights.As part of the email marketing team, you will support our efforts to convert savers to buyers and to cultivate an experience that's both endearing and enduring from first impression to a lasting impression. You'll be reporting directly to our Email Marketing Manager. What you'll do: As the Email Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of our email marketing programs, you'll:Coordinate action plans from tests lessons to drive awareness, consideration and conversion within email programsProject manage our email programs to reduce error and increase efficiencyOwn regular vendor and internal partnership syncs and solutionsRegularly audit processes and offers proactive solutionsLog product feedback and track submission progressMaintaining and optimize data structure to elevate content and personalization Build and strengthen the trusted partnership between marketing and other business functions and leverage data to increase effectiveness across the organization Contribute to the performance and development within sales channels through collaboration and coaching partnership while leveraging data flow optimization and customer communication transparency How you'll be measured: The overall team goal is to keep Custom Ink "top of mind and tip of tongue" with our audiences - primarily through email - so they order and refer their friends to us. We strive to inspire people to engage with our brand in both transactional and non-transactional ways as indicated by strong engagement with the email content, high site traffic driven by clicks through the email, within-funnel conversion, and community activation.
