We return that commitment by empowering them with the autonomy, the support and the tools they need to fulfill their true potential.A day in the life (just a few of the things you may do on any given day):The Enterprise Architect primary duties/tasks are specifically related to supporting the Chief Technology Officer, from providing technical guidance and support to development of alternatives.* Provide direct support to Chief Technology Officer of the organization, to include areas of interest, tracking initiatives, and support for proof of concepts* Support integrated product teams in architectural design, development, and deployment of enterprise systems* Develop executive summaries in either word and/or powerpoint format of system solutions* Provide analysis of alternatives to technology issues impacting the customer* Support development of the Enterprise Technology Roadmap (5-year plan)* Define system solutions based on user/client requirements and required integration with existing applications, systems, and platforms* Research, identify, select, and test technology products required for solution delivery* Establish, implement, and document technology integration or mitigation strategies* Support advanced, complex technical projectsWhat we are expecting from you (ie the qualifications you must have):80% remote/telework* 10+ years of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems* Demonstrated ability to support and communicate with executive level customers* Demonstrated ability to operate in high demand organization* Demonstrated experience as an architect supporting complex projects and implementing new technology solutions.* Ability to obtain a public trust clearanceWhat we are desiring from you (ie the nice-to-have qualifications):* Possess excellent customer service skills.* Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail* Are an independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making, and analytical skills* Self-motivated, Self-starter, Time management skills* Are flexible and adaptable in handling competing work demands* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues* Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience* Knowledgeable of industry trends and new technologiesWhat we will provide in return: Excellent compensation and amazing benefits* Multiple health insurance options which include a PPO plan with ZERO deductibles and an HSA plan.* 401k Immediate Vesting.
