Duties/Responsibilities:Provide Elder Financial Fraud Exploration Hotline Services. Responsible for all operational and compliance requirements of operating the Hotline, live chat, database development, and data collection. Will work with staff to ensure that data are collected in as limited a way as possible, respecting confidentiality, while still allowing staff to assist callers. Will ensure that any PII iscollected and maintained and protected in compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements. Will work with the customer organization to ensure that national public awareness campaigns around elder fraud are delivered in the manner envisioned. Will manage all social media accounts and ensure the Hotline web pages reflect current information. Will monitor email inboxes and social media accounts to ensure that requests for assistance are addressed. Will ensure that any web-based offerings comply with customer organization quality standards and are 508 compliant. To combat elder abuse, neglect and financial fraud that targets older adults.Will assist in planning meetings and conferences and providing the associated logistical support. Education and Experience Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Human Resources).8 years working in elder justice.Project Management Certification Preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent oral and written communications skills.Knowledge of elder justice/financial fraud exploitation issues.Knowledge of existing resources and available services at federal, state and local levels.
