Overview: This is a leadership role in the Product organization. The Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing the Front Office vision, strategy, and roadmap to maximize value to Allegis businesses and users. This person will have direct responsibility for leading and supporting members of the Product team. They will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders in order to review and prioritize solutions that meet business goals and objectives. He/she will also coordinate and partner with the rest of the product team to jointly maximize value across of the program. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Possesses strong depth of knowledge and history within Product Management Deep understanding of stakeholder management - knowing how best to ask the right questions (functional business knowledge) Has a mastery of Agile principles to help build products that add value to the business and users Ability to work with executive leadership to drive clarity on business goals and objectives Authoritatively willing to own final decisions in order to coalesce a clear vision Effectively builds consensus across all Operating Companies and defines key process improvement efforts to deliver a multi-OpCo experience Defines features and works closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, User Experience and Architects to ensure delivery of features Identifies and manages experimentation and MVPs to measure potential ROI / business value Negotiates and works closely with Executive level stakeholders to challenge, question, and prioritize business objectives for the good of the organization (OpCo neutral) Partners with IS, Product, Stakeholders and others to leads the enterprise into a SAFe, team-oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement Qualifications Supervisory or Management Responsibility: Responsible for leading, managing and supporting Product Owners, ensuring individual and team success Minimum Education and/or Experience: Desired 4+ years' experience in Product Management and/or Staffing Industry, B2B Sales Environments People management experience desired Skills/Abilities: Ideal candidate possesses robust depth of knowledge of product management practices (ideally within B2B sales or services organizations) and is experienced at working with both traditional and alternate delivery models. Prior experience in working across Operating Companies is a plus. Embodies strong leadership qualities in working with varying roles in the organization Strong analytical and presentation skills History working in a sales and/or managed services industry Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Experience building, leading, and managing effective goal-achieving teams Viewed as a credible source by leadership (given proxy authority for making key decisions) Skilled in an Agile environment Core Competencies: Build relationships Develop people Lead change Inspire Others Think critically Communicate clearly Create Accountability
